Who is Jim?
It started with $24 and one simple business.
Jim Penman began gardening part-time while completing his PhD in history at La Trobe University. In 1982, he moved into full-time mowing with a $24 investment. The business was franchised in 1989, setting the foundation for the wider Jim's Group.
