Purpose-Made Mirrored Splashback Glass Matters
An ordinary household mirror should not be assumed suitable behind a cooktop or in another demanding splashback location. The product must be selected for the intended heat, safety and installation requirements.
Your glazier will review the position, appliance clearances, panel size and required cut-outs, then confirm a suitable purpose-made mirrored glass product for the project.
A Continuous, Easy-Clean Surface
Mirrored glass creates a smooth wall surface without grout lines through the main panel. Grease and splashes can be wiped away with a suitable non-abrasive cleaner and soft cloth.
As with any reflective surface, marks are more visible under some lighting. Regular light cleaning is usually easier than allowing residue to build up.
Custom Measured Around the Finished Room
Final dimensions are taken after cabinetry, benchtops and fixed fixtures are in place. Power points, notches and exposed edges must be planned before the panel is manufactured.
- Assess the application. Check heat sources, wall condition, fixtures and the intended reflective finish.
- Complete the final measure. Record the full panel outline and every required opening.
- Confirm the product and quote. Agree on the glass, tone, edgework and installation scope.
- Manufacture and install. Fit the completed panel and finish the agreed joins.
